Asliye Ticaret Mahkemesi taraf\u0131ndan verilen karar, konkordato talebinin reddedilmesi y\u00f6n\u00fcnde olup dosya kapsam\u0131ndaki t\u00fcm tedbirlerin kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na, konkordato komiserlerinin g\u00f6revlerinin sonland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na yol a\u00e7m\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Karar\u0131n, ilan tarihinden itibaren iki hafta i\u00e7inde istinaf yolunun a\u00e7\u0131k oldu\u011funa dair h\u00fck\u00fcm i\u00e7ermesi, alacakl\u0131lar i\u00e7in temyiz hakk\u0131n\u0131 tesis etmektedir. Bu karar, alacakl\u0131lar a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan iki ana sonucu zorunlu k\u0131lar: bir yandan konkordato s\u00fcrecinin resmen sona ermesiyle icra ve takip s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinin mevzuat \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde yeniden i\u015flemesi; di\u011fer yandan ge\u00e7ici tedbirlerin kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131yla bor\u00e7lunun mali yap\u0131 ve takip konular\u0131nda yeni bir denge aray\u0131\u015f\u0131na girilebilecek olmas\u0131d\u0131r.
