Karar, 31\/03\/2026 tarihi saat 11:50&#8217;den itibaren 1 y\u0131l s\u00fcreyle ge\u00e7erli olacak \u015fekilde uygulanacakt\u0131r. Kesin m\u00fchletin <strong>\u0130cra \u0130flas Kanunu<\/strong>nun 288. maddesi uyar\u0131nca ilan edilmesi ve ilgili kurumlara bildirilmesi \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. <strong>Ge\u00e7ici Komiser Heyetinin<\/strong> g\u00f6revi aynen devam edecek ve \u00fccretleri korunacakt\u0131r; karar kapsam\u0131ndaki t\u00fcm yasal k\u0131s\u0131tlamalar ve komiserlere verilen g\u00f6revler yerine getirilmeye devam edecektir. Ayr\u0131ca konkordato tasdiki davas\u0131n\u0131n duru\u015fmas\u0131 16\/06\/2026 tarihinde saat 15:05&#8217;te yap\u0131lacakt\u0131r.
