Bu karar bor\u00e7luya mali yeniden yap\u0131land\u0131rma i\u00e7in zaman kazand\u0131r\u0131r; komiser g\u00f6zetiminde bor\u00e7lunun y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fcklerin yerine getirilmesi ve alacakl\u0131lar i\u00e7in uzla\u015fma planlar\u0131n\u0131n olu\u015fturulmas\u0131 s\u00fcreci desteklenir. M\u00fchlet s\u00fcresi boyunca plan\u0131n onay\u0131na y\u00f6nelme ve uygulanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in ad\u0131mlar at\u0131l\u0131r; m\u00fchlet sonunda plana uyum ya da fesih durumlar\u0131 de\u011ferlendirilecektir.
