Bu karar\u0131n s\u00fcresi 05\/06\/2026 tarihinde dolmu\u015f olup, 1 y\u0131ll\u0131k kesin m\u00fchlet karar\u0131 verilmesi uygun g\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Kesin m\u00fchlet, 12\/01\/2027 tarihinde yap\u0131lacak duru\u015fma ile y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmeye devam edecektir. Karar, konkordato s\u00fcreci kapsam\u0131nda bor\u00e7lunun mali yap\u0131land\u0131rmas\u0131 i\u00e7in bir s\u00fcre yaratmakta olup alacakl\u0131lar a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan risk ve y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fcklerin yeniden dengelenmesini hedeflemektedir.
