Ayr\u0131ca mahkeme, ihtiyati tedbirlerin 1 y\u0131l s\u00fcresince aynen devam\u0131na h\u00fckmetmi\u015f, kesin m\u00fchlet s\u00fcresince bor\u00e7lular ile alacakl\u0131lar aras\u0131ndaki ileti\u015fim ve bildirim mekanizmalar\u0131n\u0131n i\u015fletilmesi sa\u011flanacakt\u0131r. Kesin m\u00fchlet sonras\u0131nda komiserin raporu ile dosyan\u0131n mahkemeye iadesi ve \u0130\u0130K 304. madde kapsam\u0131ndaki i\u015flemlerin y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmesi planlan\u0131r.
