Asliye Ticaret Mahkemesi, 2. Kat B bloktaki duru\u015fma salonunda yap\u0131laca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtmektedir. IIK&#8217;nun 287. maddesi gere\u011fi alacakl\u0131lar\u0131n duru\u015fmaya kat\u0131lmalar\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr; kat\u0131l\u0131m, bilgi edinme ve gerekti\u011finde g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f bildirme imkan\u0131 sa\u011flar. Dosya taraflar\u0131 aras\u0131nda konunun nas\u0131l ele al\u0131naca\u011f\u0131 ve varsa plan \u00f6nerilerinin sunulmas\u0131 i\u00e7in bu toplant\u0131 \u00f6nemli olabilir.
