Bu durum, konkordato s\u00fcrecinin adil ve \u015feffaf bi\u00e7imde y\u00f6netilmesi amac\u0131yla taraflar ve alacakl\u0131lar i\u00e7in \u00f6nemli bir bilgilendirme ad\u0131m\u0131d\u0131r.
