Asliye Ticaret Mahkemesi\u2019nin 2025\/1144 esas say\u0131l\u0131 dosyas\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda 08\/12\/2025 tarihinde konkordato ilan\u0131 yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olup, bor\u00e7luya ili\u015fkin 26\/02\/2026 tarihinde 1 y\u0131ll\u0131k kesin m\u00fchlet karar\u0131 verilmi\u015ftir. Alacakl\u0131lar, ilan tarihinden itibaren 15 g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde alacaklar\u0131n\u0131 Komiser Hukuk\u00e7u Gaye A\u011eALIN\u2019a iletmelidir; alacaklar\u0131n dayanak nedeni ve kan\u0131tlay\u0131c\u0131 delillerin as\u0131llar\u0131 veya onayl\u0131 \u00f6rnekleri eklenmelidir. Kay\u0131t s\u00fcresine uymayanlar, konkordato projesinin m\u00fczakere toplant\u0131lar\u0131na kat\u0131lamaz ve oy kullanma haklar\u0131n\u0131 kaybedebilirler. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7, alacakl\u0131lar ile bor\u00e7lu aras\u0131nda mali yeniden yap\u0131land\u0131rma \u00e7abalar\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmesi amac\u0131yla y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmektedir.
