Kat B bloktaki duru\u015fma salonunda yapaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bildirdi. \u0130lan, alacakl\u0131lar\u0131n kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu\u011funu da vurgulamaktad\u0131r. Dava taraflar\u0131 aras\u0131nda yer alan ba\u015fl\u0131ca alacakl\u0131lar listesinde U\u011eUR DURUK ile di\u011ferleri bulunmakta ve konkordato s\u00fcreci boyunca alacakl\u0131lar haklar\u0131n\u0131 mahkeme arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla takip edebileceklerdir. Bu t\u00fcr bir duru\u015fma, talep edilen konkordatonun ge\u00e7i\u015f s\u00fcrecini, delillerin sunulmas\u0131n\u0131 ve kar\u015f\u0131 taraf\u0131n savunmas\u0131n\u0131n dinlenmesini sa\u011flar; ayr\u0131ca mahkemenin gerekti\u011finde karar verme konusunda ilerlemesini temsil eder.
