Kesin m\u00fchletin \u0130cra \u0130flas Kanunu\u2019nun (\u0130\u0130K) 294 ve devam\u0131 maddelerinde \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclen sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n bor\u00e7lu her biri y\u00f6n\u00fcnden uygulanmas\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f olup, mahkeme ge\u00e7ici m\u00fchlet d\u00f6neminde konulan malvarl\u0131\u011f\u0131 tedbirlerinin kesin m\u00fchlet s\u00fcresince de ba\u011fda\u015f\u0131r \u015fekilde devam\u0131n\u0131 uygun g\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Davac\u0131 bor\u00e7lular\u0131n faaliyetleri \u0130\u0130K\u2019n\u0131n 297. maddesi kapsam\u0131nda konkordato komiser heyetinin nezaretinde s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclmeye devam edecek; mahkeme izni gerektiren i\u015flemler ise izne tabi tutulacakt\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca dosyan\u0131n kapsam\u0131, bor\u00e7lu ve alacakl\u0131 say\u0131s\u0131 ile aktif-pasif b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc dikkate al\u0131narak \u00fc\u00e7 ki\u015filik konkordato komiser heyeti olu\u015fturulmas\u0131na karar verilmi\u015f; mevcut ge\u00e7ici konkordato komiseri Emel \u00c7etin g\u00f6revinin devam\u0131na, yeni komiser olarak Nursel Bozkan Ko\u00e7 ve Levent Bi\u00e7er\u2019in g\u00f6revlendirilmesine karar verilmi\u015ftir. G\u00f6revin derh\u00e2l tebli\u011fine ve uygunluk halinde engel veya ka\u00e7\u0131nma durumlar\u0131nda mahkemedeki bildirimlere ili\u015fkin h\u00fck\u00fcmler de al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p> Bu karar, alacakl\u0131lar i\u00e7in konkordato s\u00fcrecinin g\u00fcvenceye al\u0131nmas\u0131 ve bor\u00e7lular\u0131n faaliyetlerinin denetimli \u015fekilde s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclmesi amac\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131maktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00d6zet Bolu 3.
