Kesin m\u00fchlet, 04\/02\/2025 tarihinden itibaren ba\u015flayacak ve 04\/02\/2026 tarihinde sona erecektir; karar, konkordato komiser heyetinin raporu ve dosyan\u0131n mahkemeye tesliminin ard\u0131ndan al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te bor\u00e7lular\u0131n varl\u0131k y\u00f6netimine odaklanmas\u0131 ve yeniden yap\u0131land\u0131rma imkanlar\u0131n\u0131n korunmas\u0131 hedeflenmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Karar\u0131n al\u0131n\u0131m amac\u0131 ve s\u00fcre\u00e7 etkileri: Kesin m\u00fchlet s\u00fcresince icra ve tahsilat i\u015flemleri durabilir; alacakl\u0131lar i\u00e7in s\u00fcrece ili\u015fkin bilgilendirme ve itiraz haklar\u0131 mevcuttur. Duru\u015fma 22\/01\/2026 saat 11:15\u2019te Mahkeme salonunda yap\u0131lacakt\u0131r; itiraz edenler en az \u00fc\u00e7 g\u00fcn \u00f6nce yaz\u0131l\u0131 olarak bildirmek zorundad\u0131rlar. \u0130lan tarihi 31\/12\/2025 olarak duyurulmu\u015ftur.
