Komiserler; konkordato projesinin tamamlanmas\u0131na katk\u0131da bulunacak, bor\u00e7lunun faaliyetlerini nezaret edecek, \u0130cra ve \u0130flas Kanunu h\u00fck\u00fcmlerine uygun olarak g\u00f6rev yapacak, alacakl\u0131lara konkordatonun seyri ile bor\u00e7lunun g\u00fcncel mali durumunu bildirecek ve mahkeme taraf\u0131ndan verilen di\u011fer g\u00f6revleri yerine getireceklerdir. Ayr\u0131ca kesintisiz ge\u00e7erli olacak \u00fc\u00e7 ayda bir ara rapor sunulmas\u0131, mevcut tedbir kararlar\u0131n\u0131n kesin m\u00fchlet s\u00fcresi boyunca devam\u0131 ve mahkeme kararlar\u0131n\u0131n tebli\u011fi esas al\u0131nacakt\u0131r.
