Kesin m\u00fchlet karar\u0131n\u0131n il\u00e2n\u0131 ve <strong>alacakl\u0131lar kurulu olu\u015fturulmas\u0131<\/strong> hususlar\u0131n\u0131n konkordato komiserinin g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fc al\u0131nd\u0131ktan sonra de\u011ferlendirilmesine ve duru\u015fman\u0131n <strong>08\/01\/2027 saat 10:00<\/strong>\u2019a b\u0131rak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131na karar verilmi\u015ftir. Bu karar, alacakl\u0131lar\u0131n haklar\u0131n\u0131n belirli bir s\u00fcre i\u00e7inde korunmas\u0131 ile \u015firketin yeniden yap\u0131land\u0131rma ve operasyonel ak\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir k\u0131lma amac\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131maktad\u0131r.
