Karar, 2004 say\u0131l\u0131 \u0130\u0130K\u2019n\u0131n 294, 295 ve 296. maddeleri kapsam\u0131ndaki tedbirleri uygulamal\u0131 k\u0131lar; m\u00fchlet s\u00fcresince bor\u00e7lular aleyhine 6183 say\u0131l\u0131 Kanun\u2019a g\u00f6re yap\u0131lan takipler dahil olmak \u00fczere hi\u00e7bir takip yap\u0131lmamas\u0131 ve \u00f6nce ba\u015flam\u0131\u015f takiplerin durdurulmas\u0131 gerekir. \u0130mtiyazl\u0131 alacaklar i\u00e7in haciz yoluyla takip yap\u0131labilir; m\u00fchlet s\u0131ras\u0131nda rehinle temin edilmi\u015f alacaklar i\u00e7in takipler paraya \u00e7evrilebilir veya devam ettirilebilir ancak muhafaza tedbirleri uygulanmaz ve rehinli mallar\u0131n sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilemez. Konkordato komiserleri Handan Ta\u015fkolu Okumu\u015f ve Ayten Cano\u011flu\u2019nun g\u00f6revi kesin m\u00fchlet s\u00fcresi boyunca da devam edecek; duru\u015fma 27\/01\/2027 saat 14:00 olarak belirlendi.
