Ayr\u0131ca <strong>komiserler yeniden g\u00f6reve ba\u015flayacak<\/strong> ve bor\u00e7lu vekilinin sundu\u011fu revize projenin uygulanabilirli\u011fi konusunda derhal rapor al\u0131nmas\u0131 talep edilmektedir. Karar, 30\/09\/2025 tarihli \u00f6nceki karar kapsam\u0131ndaki tedbirlerin sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n ve m\u00fchlet s\u00fcresince verilen <strong>T\u00dcM KONKORDATO TEDB\u0130RLER\u0130N\u0130N<\/strong> yeniden y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girmesini \u00f6ng\u00f6rmektedir. Bu \u00e7er\u00e7evede alacakl\u0131lar\u0131n korunmas\u0131 amac\u0131yla tedbirlerin etkili bi\u00e7imde yeniden uygulanmas\u0131 hedeflenmektedir.
