Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te, konkordato kapsam\u0131ndaki y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fcklerin yerine getirilmesi i\u00e7in bir yap\u0131land\u0131rma s\u00fcreci ve alacakl\u0131larla ileti\u015fim i\u00e7in yasal g\u00fcvence sa\u011flan\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca <strong>\u0130\u0130K<\/strong>&#8216;n\u0131n <strong>304\/1<\/strong> maddesi gere\u011fince <strong>25\/12\/2025<\/strong> g\u00fcn\u00fc saat <strong>12:00<\/strong>&#8216;da duru\u015fma yap\u0131lacakt\u0131r. \u0130tiraz edenlerin itiraz gerek\u00e7elerini duru\u015fma g\u00fcn\u00fcnden en az <strong>3 g\u00fcn<\/strong> \u00f6nce yaz\u0131l\u0131 olarak mahkemeye bildirmeleri gerekir. \u0130lanen tebli\u011f olunur tarihi <strong>11\/12\/2025<\/strong>\u2019tir.
